Escape rooms offer a variety of themes and tropes like the mysterious labyrinth in The Catacomb Escape Room, Amsterdam, and the movie-styled escape games at Breakout Escape Rooms.

So, what are escape games? Escape room games are essentially real-life escape room experiences created to provide players with an immersive experience. In escape games, players voluntarily lock themselves in themed game rooms. They must form a team and solve puzzles to obtain the door code. The players may also have to accomplish certain missions related to the scenario. The main goal is to break out of the escape room within an allotted time limit, usually an hour or so.
