To play the game, ‘passing the pillow,’ makes everybody sit in a circle. One person would sit facing the wall and would be responsible to play the music. He could stop the music whenever he wants. While everybody else would be passing the pillow from one person to the next, the person who has the pillow when the music ends would get a dare, do it, and then get out of the circle. The rest of the players will keep passing the pillow and giving dares accordingly until there is just one person left in the end, who is the winner.
